My paper is not being delivered and when it is it is in the afternoon. I need my paper delivered doing the morning.I pay 35.00 for this poor service. Robert Brown-815 Whitney Ave.

Ordered a weekly subscription on 1/13/17. Not a good idea! This is 1/30/17, with still no paper delivered, no answer to repeated calls to the 800-999-8881 robo-answering service, no follow-up, only empty saccharine promises. After having received the Herald-Leader since 1976, we dropped it in early '15 because of non-delivery, not delivering to the door ( for which we paid extra as disabled folks ), and other issues. We had hoped this kind of poor service was resolved, but now find it's even worse. If I could give less than one star, I would. We miss having the newspaper, especially with a new puppy...........

Home delivery is very irratic! I only take Sunday editions, but receive it about one in three Sunday's. However, as my account is paid by draft, IGet charged for each missed copy.

The home deliver in my rural are is extremely unreliable. It has been so for years, but is now even worse. Over the past month, about 50% of the time, there is no delivery. Weather would account for perhaps tow days, as the roads have been plowed regularly. The H-L does not give credit for all missing deliveries. They should credit for the cost of a purchased replacement $1.06 weekdays) but they do not.
